Nordic Industrial Park is the first industrial park managed by NP Properties and one of the oldest parks in Latvia. It can be regarded as one of the pioneers of the sector in Latvia. Nordic Industrial Park was established in year 2000 in the territory of the former plastic factory.
Since the date of opening it has evolved into one of the leading industrial parks by offering more than 50 000 sq.m. of industrial and office premises.
Its location near Riga, in Olaine, provides the clients with the advantages offered by the capital city, namely, developed infrastructure, trunk roads, as well as the sea port and airport. The park also has a railway access line, which is connected to the national railway network, thus ensuring easy transportation of goods.
There are 16 buildings that can accommodate production and storage facilities, as well as a spacious office centre in the territory of the park. All the buildings have been fully renovated and reconstructed in line with the European standards and can be adjusted for all types of economic activity. Large gates to all the buildings provide easy access to both production and storage facilities.
The tenants specialize in plastic and rubber production, metal works, tailoring and food processing.
